Extraterrestrial Alien Theories vs. Known Science

Extraterrestrial Alien Theories vs. Known Science
One of the most prominent elements of the Nephilim Conspiracy theory is the insistence that ETs (extraterrestrials) have traversed the universe from distant stars to take up residence on planet earth. Thus, recent and current UFO or now UAP sightings are instances of such visitations from those space aliens. Timothy Alberino in his book Birthright writes:

“The story of mankind begins in the beginning, but not in the very beginning. The beginning of our story marks the appearance of a new sentient species in the universe, one specifically designed to inhabit the earth. It does not mark the beginning of all other species inhabiting other worlds, nor the beginning of the earth itself.” (Birthright, p. 1, p.10 Kindle)
“Man was not conceived with the universe, and the universe was not created for man. We were born into the cosmos, not with it—thrust into the fray of a complex political, societal, and martial conflict involving incomprehensibly intelligent agencies of exceedingly ancient origin.” (p.2. p. 10 Kindle)
“…An extraterrestrial is a being whose provenance is not Planet Earth. Notice that I did not say residence. Provenance is where you come from. Residence is where you reside. It is entirely possible for beings of extraterrestrial provenance to be residing on Earth (as we shall see), a concept which necessitates the defining of another associated term—alien.
“Due to its inherent ambiguity, the word alien requires context. In the cosmological sense, an alien is a foreign being from an extraterrestrial world. … Do extraterrestrials and/or aliens exist within the biblical paradigm? The answer is, unequivocally, yes.” (p. 2 , p. 11 Kindle)
“It is perfectly logical to infer that nonhuman intelligent beings were inhabiting other worlds in the cosmos before Adam was created on Earth.” (ibid p.5, pp.14-15 Kindle)
“The terrestrial realm is the domain of the human race, governed by human kings, but other realms more ancient than the earth are governed by the lords (or princes) of the elder race. Extraterrestrial thrones, dominions, and principalities were appointed by the Son of God, the Prince of princes,[12] long before the creation of mankind. (ibid p.6, pp.15-16 Kindle)
“It is therefore rational to conclude that the nonhuman angelic beings depicted in the scriptures are the citizens of an advanced extraterrestrial civilization that predates our own.” (ibid p.12, p. 21 Kindle)
“Indeed, the scriptures record an antediluvian episode in which dominion of Earth was usurped by extraterrestrial agencies under specific circumstances.” (ibid p.79, p. 93 Kindle)
“the watchers arrived from an extraterrestrial realm on the summit of Hermon before going down into the plains to despoil our women and defile our race.” (ibid p.95, p. 111 Kindle )
“Scripture foretells of a satanic empire that will arise at the end of the age. Symbolized in the motif of the fiery phoenix reborn from the ashes of its incinerated corpse, this final empire will be a reincarnation of the first—the empire of the gods. The extraterrestrial incursion and subsequent genetic miscegenation that occurred on the earth preceding the Flood of Noah will be repeated before the present age is consummated and the planet is cleansed of corruption once again, this time by fire.” (ibid p. 175, p. 199 Kindle)

Perhaps it is not surprising that Alberino appeals to the beliefs and opinions of well-known atheists to lend credibility in support of his views, specifically with respect to extraterrestrials and aliens:

“An atheist may reject the notion of a divine being while simultaneously embracing the possibility of a superior one. The potential existence of ‘beings of intelligence and power of a far higher quality than anything we can conceive of as human’ presents no difficulty to the atheist. Indeed, the existence of advanced extraterrestrial life is not only accepted within the atheistic worldview but anticipated by most evolutionary biologists.” (ibid p. 210, p. 236 Kindle)
“Stein narration : So Professor Dawkins was not against intelligent design, just certain types of designers, such as God. … Dawkins is by no means the only intellectual atheist willing to entertain the possibility that superior extraterrestrial beings could have kick-started the engine of evolution on Earth. A growing number of biologists, physicists, mathematicians, and astronomers are beginning to acknowledge that the spontaneous generation of terrestrial life is highly improbable; in other words, evolution may have a purpose after all. The stage is slowly being set, piece by piece, for the company of heaven to make their grand appearance and reveal the secret that the custodians of the mysteries have guarded for many centuries: it is they who sowed the seeds of life into the primordial soils of Planet Earth, hoping and waiting patiently for the evolution of a species who would awaken with a conscious mind and seek the answers of their existence in the stars. Only when that species became technologically capable of reaching out to the cosmos and reaching in to modify their own biology would the offspring of the gods appear to guide them in the final steps on the path of apotheosis.” (ibid p. 210-211, p. 237 Kindle )

According to Alberino, the ancestral race, and “the watchers”, are extraterrestrials which inhabit or inhabited other worlds – as in other stars in outer space – and once lived as gods and demigods on the earth, before the flood. Their offspring, the descendants of the angels which had sex with human women, are still among us mostly as disembodied spirits (though some say they have been with us in the form of men, some very powerful throughout history). However, such extraterrestrials (ETs) are now and always have been visiting us frequently, which are evidenced by the many, ostensibly almost common, UFO or UAP sightings, and testimonies of encounters with and even abductions by ETs and their alien spacecraft (which he claims he himself has encountered). They are returning and will become the prophesied end times beast and Antichrist, using technology to create a race of transhumans, which will dominate the rest of the humans, until Christ returns to end it all.

Alberino’s Extraterrestrial Space Travel

This is all based on the incredibly naïve and unscientific assumption that such extraterrestrial, interstellar space travel is a realistic possibility. One reliable source (a Scientific Creationist), describes and explains this current trend as follows:

“Ronald Story, editor of The Mammoth Encyclopedia of Extraterrestrial Encounters, observes: … science fiction has become our myth, and science has become our religion. Due mainly to media influences and a hideously complicated world, most people are finding it increasingly difficult to distinguish fantasy from reality.” (Alein Intrusion – UFOs and the Evolution Connection, Gary Bates (p.16 , Kindle p. 16))

While indeed we are inundated with pseudoscience and science fiction associated with fantastic claims about such space aliens, and encounters with extraterrestrials, actual scientists have given rational scientific explanations as to why such interstellar space travel from other stars is a physical impossibility given known laws of physics (which the High School, dropout knows little if anything about). Two of these renown credentialed scientists, physicists, have produced YouTube videos explaining why it is physically impossible for a space vehicle of any kind, let alone a living being, to travel from even the nearest star (other than our Sun – Proxima Centauri, located about 4.25 light-years away in the constellation Centaurus) to earth – at least within the known, or theorized time frame of the existence of our planet. For those who are willing to investigate those fantastic claims and want to know the actual science involved, the following are credible sources which debunk them for the absurd theories that they are:

• Dr. Leonard Susskind:
“Why Interstellar Travel Is Physically Impossible | Susskind Explains” (https://youtu.be/G0jbiTAuUI8?si=D9qrrcUO1kIJ3kNB)

• Dr. Richard Feynman
“The Physics That Makes Interstellar Travel IMPOSSIBLE”

• “Feynman Explains Why Interstellar Travel is IMPOSSIBLE”

Briefly, a very simplified summary of a few of the physical barriers to interstellar travel includes the following physical realities and limitations:

• Unimaginable distances – over 4 light years away (takes light 4 years to travel there)
• Speed – speed of light is maximum speed possible, but for anything with mass to travel at speed of light would require infinite amount of energy – an impossibility.
• Energy problems:

o Spaceships need fuel – enough to travel interstellar distances

o Fuel adds weight

o Carrying more fuel means you need more fuel to carry that fuel = a cycle that becomes impossible

This also comes from another well-known source, Neil deGRasse Tyson, in a You Tube video entitled “The Harsh Physics That Makes Interstellar Travel Fail” (https://youtu.be/1wIljzDbRCw). In that video he makes the statement: “…when we combine all these rules, distance, speed limits, energy problems, biological challenges, and timing, we begin to understand why the universe seems so quiet, and why aliens have not visited us.”
None of these sources are cited because they are to be considered absolute sources of truth, as they do not even profess to believe in God’s Word, the Bible, being atheists and Naturalists – thus they cannot be accused of any such religious bias. However, they do understand and are the experts on what we know about the science of physics, and their rationale is on the face of it rational and credible.
Alberino, on the other hand, posing as being scientifically informed, contradicts the actual science to maintain and perpetuate his a priori presuppositions, essential to his whole theory and revised theology, premised on the existence of an “elder race” of “extraterrestrials and/or aliens”, “whose provenance is not Planet Earth” (Birthright, p. 2, P.11 Kindle).
However, he believes he has an answer that counters these physical realities, which he articulates in the following:

“In the early 1990s, a nuclear physicist named Bob Lazar made headlines with an incredible story. Lazar claimed to have been involved in the reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technology at a secret military installation fifteen miles south of Area 51 in central Nevada. Designated S4, the installation was allegedly equipped with nine hangar bays built into the base of a mountain, each one housing an alien disc of unique design. Some of the discs appeared to be nonfunctioning crash retrievals, with visible damage to their hulls. Lazar was hired to work with one of the functioning models, which he nicknamed the “Sports Model” due to its compact size and sleek exterior.[390] Specifically, he was assigned to the team experimenting with the craft’s antimatter reactor. Without getting into the finer details, Lazar claimed that the reactor was capable of generating a tremendous amount of energy that facilitated the amplification of gravity waves, which warped the space-time around the disc, enabling it to hover in place, move at incredible speeds, and perform otherwise impossible maneuvers. To the degree that the intensity of the gravitational field is increased, the distortion of space-time is also increased. When fully energized, the distortion envelops the entire craft and renders it invisible from every vantage point. By directing the gravity waves, explained Lazar, the alien craft can bend the space-time in front of it and traverse vast distances without exceeding the speed of light. The most critical component of the reactor was a small, triangular piece of exotic matter—Element 115. …Many of the other details surrounding his employment at the S4 installation were also confirmed in subsequent years.” (Birthright pp.239-240, pp.268-269 Kindle)

First, it only takes a little bit of fact checking, as in critical thinking and discernment, to determine the credibility, or lack thereof, of Alberino’s source of supposedly scientific information. Bob Lazer is indeed a recognizable name as he has been a key player in perpetuating the extraterrestrial alien conspiracy theories. He has made many claims, first about his own credentials, but more sensationally about what he discovered and knows from working on top secret projects at the infamous Hangar or Area 51. The following is what is known about Bob:

“Robert Scott Lazar (/ləˈzɑːr/) is an American who, since 1989, has claimed to have been part of a classified US government project concerned with the reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technology; he also purported to have read government briefing documents that described alien involvement in human affairs over the past 10,000 years. A self-proclaimed physicist, Lazar supposedly worked at a secret site near the United States Air Force facility popularly known as Area 51. His story brought additional public attention to the facility and spawned conspiracy theories regarding government knowledge of extraterrestrial life.” (Wikipedia)

Bob claims that he was working on the reverse engineering of one of nine flying saucers, which he alleged were extraterrestrial in origin, the existence of which has been denied by all other sources. However, according to Lazar, and his sycophant followers, that is just because it is all a big government cover up. With the exception of the reference to Element 115, the other supposedly scientific claims have been debunked by credible credentialed scientists, and even his claims about that key Element 115 were proven inaccurate. Contrary to Alberino’s claim, none of the other details surrounding his employment have been confirmed, though his criminal activities are a matter of pubic record (furthermore his actual education and employment records are also a matter of public record, not expunged by a diabolical government coverup, as claimed by the conspiracy theory advocates).
For example, one might just consider for a moment the statement or claim supposedly made by Lazar that “the alien craft can bend the space-time in front of it and traverse vast distances without exceeding the speed of light”. For the Trekkie (Star Trek or Star Wars fan), the magical notion of “beam me up Scottie” may be an adequate explanation, but for the reality-based scientist it’s the fantasy of science fiction. It is a “hocus pocus” attempt to get past the known laws of physics, that interstellar travel would require traveling at or beyond the speed of light which is a known impossibility, according to actual informed credentialed scientists such as those cited above. It is based on the completely unverified speculative theories about “wormholes” and “warp drives”. Such space travel is defined by one source as follows:

“ While these concepts are intriguing and have been explored in theoretical physics, they remain largely speculative. No experimental evidence currently supports the existence of wormholes or functional warp drives. Thus, while bending spacetime offers a fascinating avenue for potential space travel, practical applications are still far from realizing. Manipulating spacetime for space travel faces significant scientific challenges, primarily because we lack evidence that such manipulation is possible. Current physics shows no known way to exceed the speed of light or transmit matter or information faster than light, and the structure of spacetime is not fully understood. Additionally, altering spacetime would require manipulating the worldlines of particles, which is not yet feasible with our current technology.”(from “Search Assistant”)
“Theoretical physicists explore models in which the fabric of spacetime is warped or bent enough to allow loops in time. This is where wormholes, hypothetical tunnels connecting distant points in spacetime, become central to the discussion. Relativity physics allows the mathematical possibility of wormholes under specific conditions. These involve extreme warping of spacetime, which would require matter or energy behaving very differently from anything commonly observed. The famous Einstein-Rosen bridge is one such theoretical example, a wormhole structure connecting two black holes.
Despite this elegant prediction, the theory also imposes strong constraints. Maintaining a stable, traversable wormhole would necessitate exotic matter with negative energy density to prevent it from collapsing. The energy requirements and exotic properties needed are currently hypothetical and not yet produced or observed. …While time travel theory and the mathematical framework of wormholes suggest pathways to bending time, significant scientific and technological barriers currently limit these ideas to the realm of theory.” (“Time Travel Theory and Wormholes: What Relativity Physics Reveals About Their Possibility”. The Science Times (https://www.sciencetimes. com/articles/60810/20251117/time-travel-theory-wormholes-what-relativity-physics-reveals-about-their-possibility.htm)).
See Endnote for more on this subject.

All of this only demonstrates the reality that there is very little if any difference between what is commonly referred to as “theoretical science” or “theoretical physics”, and just plain “science fiction”. The whole field of what has become known as astrophysics and Ufology is largely dominated by imaginative speculation posing as cutting edge science. Admittedly such imaginative speculation which can be characterized as “thinking outside the box” is the fertile soil from which scientific breakthroughs can emerge and new discoveries are made. But it is also the fertile soil for the invention and propagation of conspiracy theories, pseudo-science, and attention getting sources of entertainment – itself a multi-billion if not trillion dollar industry (ask George Lucas of Star Wars production, or Robert Bigelow or Brandon Fugal owners of Skinwalker Ranch, or Goerge Knapp famed UFO reporter producer of popular books and moves, to name just a few examples). Without the constraints, the disciplined rigour of the well-defined Scientific Method, such “science” becomes virtually meaningless with respect to absolute truth and reality.
An essential aspect of such real science is the accepted definition of what qualifies as even a scientific theory. Typically, the first and most widely recognized is Testability and Falsifiability. Theories based on claims made by supposed eye-witness may be convincing, but the explanations for what they witnessed, or even the claims themselves, are normally not testable and therefore not scientifically falsifiable. Whether or not Alberino actually saw what he claimed to see cannot be proven nor disproven – thus is not testable. Whether it was what he interpreted it to be, an e.t. alien space vehicle, is even less testable or falsifiable. Thus, by definition it cannot be considered scientific.
Whether or not Bob Lazar’s claims are true is potentially verifiable if he could produce some material evidence, which should certainly be possible, if they were true. In that sense it could be said to be testable, but that would only lead to the conclusions reached by many investigators that they are not true. His explanations for why such evidence can’t be produced are what in science is called an ad hoc theory – that the government is engaged in a big cover-up operation involving discrediting all the would-be whistleblowers.
Another criteria for a theory to be considered scientific is Consistency and Coherence. Consistency means it must be consistent with what is already known and proven science or fact. As has been articulated above, the physics involved in such aspects of such theories is inconsistent with known laws and principles of physics. Furthermore, the theories themselves are fraught with inconsistencies and logical contradictions. For example, these ETs are of such superior intelligence, with far superior technology to anything known to us today – yet they appear on our radar screens (albeit only as indecipherable blips), apparently not up to our current “stealth” technology. Despite their far superior intelligence and knowledge and technology, many of them have crashed (nine at one time in Nevada according to the discredited source, Bob Lazar in 1989) though none of the crashed vehicles are or ever have been made available for observation or investigation by the public. One would expect such sensational news to be headliners in every news outlet, especially the New York Times. Again, the ad hoc theory, it’s a government coverup. Again, this explanative theory is contradicted by the realities, such as discussed in the following.

The Government Coverup Theory
Allegations that the evidence for the existence of Extraterrestrial Alien encounters, such as the many UFO or UAP sightings, crashed ET spacecraft, even remains of bodies of nonhuman alien creatures, are typical of conspiracy theorists. Here again, such charges need to be examined in light of the actual evidence, such as the number of investigations conducted by the government over the last 75 years at least, including recent congressional hearings, and a current hearing ongoing as of this writing (2026).
The reality is that such government investigations, and hearings are the opposite of a cover-up, especially the hearings currently being conducted in the House of Representatives. The objective observer will take note of the fact that all of those testifying in the current and recent hearings are themselves advocates of the UFO UAP, extraterrestrial/alien encounters theories. Most of them are claiming to be whistleblowers being persecuted by the government. What is entirely lacking is any testimony from “skeptics” (the derogatory label), such as qualified scientists, or even very knowledgeable UFOlogists who do not subscribe to the conspiracy theories, not to mention those government authorities being accused and maligned. Ironically, they are now being marginalized as the conspiracy theorists. Those supposed government officials accused of perpetrating the huge coverup have no representation, no opportunity to answer their accusers. Again, when only one side of an issue is allowed to be presented or heard, falsifiability is not likely to be a possibility.
In the 2002 “Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP) Task Force, which had been set up to investigate unidentified flying objects, and was thought to have been disbanded, was still alive and well, under the auspices of the Office of Naval Intelligence” (from https://science.howstuffworks.com/space/aliens-ufos/bob-lazar.htm), The reported “Findings and Conclusions” are:

“Despite extensive investigations, there is no evidence that any UFOs have extraterrestrial origins. Most identified cases are attributed to:
Natural phenomena
Human technology
Misinterpretations or hoaxes”

The Condon Report in 1968, “officially known as the University of Colorado UFO Project, was an investigative group funded by the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1968 …The committee’s overall conclusion was that nothing had come from the study of UFOs in the past that added to scientific knowledge and that further extensive study of UFO sightings was not justified in the expectation that science would be advanced thereby. It also concluded that extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) was not useful in explaining the sightings.” (The Full Condon Committee Report on UFOs, 1968, by John Greenewald, July 30, 2018 (https://www.theblackvault.com/documentarchive/the-full-condon-committee-report-on-ufos-1968/”
A February 2026 press release from NASA was “UAP We commissioned a study team to examine from a scientific perspective unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) – that is, observations of events in the sky that cannot be identified as aircraft or known natural phenomena.” This was about the “NASA Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Independent Study Team Report” of May 2023. The “Overall Conclusions and Recommendations” of that report were as follows:

“At present, the detection of UAP is often serendipitous, captured by sensors that were not designed or calibrated for this purpose, and which lack comprehensive metadata. Coupled with incomplete data archiving and curation, this means that the origin of numerous UAP remain uncertain.” (https://science.nasa.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/uap-independent-study-team-final-report.pdf)

Aside from all of these investigations the following Congressional hearings have been conducted in the past 5 years:

• 2021: House Intelligence Committee closed-door briefings; classified attention grows after Pentagon releases videos.
• June 2021: Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) delivers unclassified UAP report to Congress (June 25, 2021) — assessed 144 reports (2004–2021), most unexplained.
• 2022: Senate Intelligence Committee staff-level briefings; legislation begins to formalize reporting.
• May 2022: House Oversight Committee hearing titled “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” — public hearing with unclassified testimony (May 17, 2022).
• July 2022: Senate Intelligence Committee includes UAP reporting requirements in intelligence authorization legislation.
• 2023: Continued congressional oversight; focus expands to improve reporting, transparency, and interagency coordination.
• 2024–2026: Ongoing hearings, classified briefings, and staff inquiries across House and Senate committees with attention to national security, aviation safety, and scientific study.

The most recent news on this subject as of the date of this writing, is as follows:

“Report: Pentagon deliberately released Area 51 UFO conspiracy theories to conceal advanced weapons programs” (One America News (https://www.oann.com/newsroom/report-pentagon-deliberately-released-area-51-ufo-conspiracy-theories-to-conceal-advanced-weapons-programs/)).

This comes in the wake of numerous news reports about President Trump ordering the declassification of government documents related to this subject:

“Trump says he doesn’t know if aliens are real but directs government to release files on UFOs… (Nation Feb 20, 2026 12:10 PM EDT)
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Thursday that he’s directing the Pentagon and other government agencies to identify and release files related to extraterrestrials and UFOs because of “tremendous interest.” (PBS News (https://www.pbs.org/newshour/nation/trump-says-he-doesnt-know-if-aliens-are-real-but-directs-government-to-release-files-on-ufos-more)

If anyone can believe that this is a government coverup, dishonestly trying to hide the truth on this subject they only fit the profile of a very naïve conspiracy theorist.
Again, similar to his appeal to known atheists such as Richard Dawkins (who is an embarrassment to the secular scientific community) for his authority, Alberino’s reference to an infamous conspiracy theorist (with a large following, but not in the scientific community), Bob Lazar, to substantiate his supposed scientific plausibility claims, is consistent with his own claims to being either authoritative or credible, either scientifically or biblically.
A more reliable source on this subject with some verifiable credentials as a scientific researcher would be UFOs, Chemtrails, And Aliens, by Donald R. Prothero and Timothy D. Callahan. These published researchers give details concerning the Lazar fraud, and several other similar supposed witnesses of some form of extraterrestrial alien encounters, as well as the persistent conspiratorial mythology about Area 51 and the secretive research involving ET flying saucers which crashed near Roswell New Mexico.
One of the most common arguments in support of Lazar’s fantastic claims is that no one could just make it all up with so much detail and such amazing claims. Those who are naïve enough to believe such a line of thinking should inform themselves about the many frauds and hoaxes and infamous imposters of the past, and how they were able to fool virtually everyone for so long – such as Frank Abagnale Jr. (about whom the book and the movie “Catch Me if You Can” was made, who even lied about his lies), or the mid 20th century infamous serial imposter Ferdinand Demara.
In this case many people are even more susceptible to believing such conspiratorial fabrications because of their predisposition having been exposed to so many fictional books and movies and now You Tube videos, and even congressional hearings, filled with unverified claims about UFOs, UAPs, ETs, etc.. Alberino’s many claims, including his eyewitness claim to have actually seen a flying saucer, fall right into this category, sensational but unverifiable. They are believable to those who are so predisposed, but who do not have the filters of objective criteria for discernment, nor the knowledge base of actual verifiable biblical knowledge or evidence-based scientific knowledge.

Antimatter and Wormholes as the magic propulsion
Another attempt to get around the known physical barriers to the interstellar travel of the ETs and Aliens among us alluded to by Alberino by way of a citation from his expert witness, Bob Lazar, is the tremendous amount of energy that could be generated by an “antimatter reactor” (ostensibly on board the crashed alien spacecraft (“alien disc”)). Again, pretending to know about “antimatter”, preying on the ignorance of his audience, he appeals to pure science fiction to defend the plausibility of his theories. A more verifiably scientific explanation of this subject of antimatter is given in the following:

“One proposal for exotic propulsion is a ‘matter to antimatter’ power generator. Antimatter is the opposite of normal matter. That is, the electrons have a positive charge instead of a negative one (and are thus called positrons), and protons become antiprotons because they have a negative charge instead of a positive one. All of this produces an anti-atom.
The website How Stuff Works explains antimatter this way: ‘When antimatter comes into contact with normal matter, these equal but opposite particles collide to produce an explosion emitting pure radiation, which travels out of the point of the explosion at the speed of light. Both particles that created the explosion are completely annihilated … leaving behind other subatomic particles. The explosion that occurs when antimatter and matter interact transfers the entire mass of both objects into energy. Scientists believe that this energy is more powerful than any that can be generated by other propulsion methods.33 (33. “What Is Antimatter?” <www.howstuffworks. com/antimatter1.htm>, February 21, 2003).
Sounds simple, but the trouble is we cannot find any antimatter, except for tiny amounts in radioactive decay. According to the big-bang theory of how our universe came into existence, there should be equal amounts of antimatter as well as the normal matter that we actually observe (this is a serious objection to this popular view of the evolution of the universe, by the way). Scientists can make antimatter in the laboratory using particle accelerators and atom-smashing devices, but in a whole year, researchers can only produce enough antimatter to power a normal light bulb for a few seconds.
Another theorized method of folding space is “wormholes.” Wormholes are simply shortcuts that fold space (imagine taking a shortcut through the center of a ball rather than traveling along the surface). The trouble is, no one has ever seen one, and there is no reason to believe they exist. Like warp drive, they remain purely science fiction.” (Alein Intrusion – UFOs and the Evolution Connection, Gary Bates (p. 72, p. 93 Kindle).

“When dealing with travel through interstellar space, science fiction authors either have used the concept of generational ships or have resorted to such literary conventions as wormholes or Star Trek’s ‘warp drive’ to get around Einstein’s speed limit. The problem with the latter two means is that they are, in essence, nothing more than literary conventions. Nobody really knows whether such a thing as warp drive is even possible.” (UFOs, Chemtrails, And Aliens, by Donald R. Prothero and Timothy D. Callahan. P. 353Kindle).

Conspiracy theories, and false theories in general typically live in the shadowy areas of that which is unknown, unproven, and usually unprovable. Of course, in reality nothing is provable to the mind that does not want to know or believe something, and is closed to considering the rationale or evidence for it. At the same time, virtually anything can be accepted by some as factual and provable if there is a predisposition, as in presuppositions or a preference to believe it. However, both are matters of subjective beliefs more than proof. Both the Atheist and the Theist believe in their theories and are typically very sure that what they believe is proven fact.
We live in an age in which an appeal is typically made to “science” as proof, or substantiation. The problem is that the word “science” has become itself virtually meaningless, such as the way it was used in the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic episode – “follow the science”, to substantiate scandalous policies and medical treatments and procedures that were anything but scientific. Similarly, the Gender Transitioning medical interventions which followed the COVID fiasco, based on theoretical premises which were antithetical to known science.
The current wave of resurgence of theories and beliefs in Extraterrestrials, and Space Aliens, and the explanations for the phenomena of UFOs and UAPs as being visitors from advanced civilizations from outer space, are also being based on claims that they are scientifically viable – its déjà vu all over again. Such beliefs and theories may not be technically conspiracy theories, except as formulated by the Nephilim Conspiracy theorists, or the government coverup theories. However, they do fall in the pseudo-science or Science Fiction category. As discussed above, they do in many respects contradict known empirical science, verified and validated scientific laws and principles, and are largely based on theoretical concepts that are not testable or falsifiable, or even verifiable. The proposed evidence is almost entirely psychological (perception) or psychic in nature.
Some viable explanations do involve the spiritual realm however – such as demonic activity – which would not be considered scientific, as in Empirical or Natural Science. However such “Natural Science” is not adequate to explain everything, especially in the realm of experiential phenomena (contrary to the a priori beliefs of the secular Naturalists and Atheists). Of course, explanations that invoke the natural realm, such as physical ETs and Aliens, cannot be valid if they do not conform to the known scientific laws and proven principles of that natural realm. On the other hand, supernatural explanations (in this case the realm of angels and demons) can be tested and verified by applying scientific principles, such as observation of the physical or experiential evidence, and “inference to the best explanation”.
Such supernatural explanations however, need to be derived from, and consistent with an authoritative source which is itself scientifically verified based on empirical evidence, – such as the Christian Bible. The existence of a spiritual, nonphysical, nonmaterial realm of personal beings, such as angels and demons, is biblical, as is the reality of manifestations of such beings in the physical realm – in particular with respect to the perceptions (psychological experiences) of human beings. Thus, the explanations for perceived encounters with other worldly beings, ostensibly ETs and Aliens, such as presented in the documentary work, Alien Intrusion – UFOS and the Evolution Connection, by Gary Bates, are scientifically viable. But, the explanations given by the Nephilim Conspiracy theorists, such as Timothy Alberino, are not viable, as they are not consistent with any authoritative source, contradicting or misinterpreting the Bible in many respects, relying upon mythological and pseudepigraphical sources instead for their substantiation.
Such is the nature of conspiracy theories, and false theories in general. They exploit those subject areas of what is not yet known or explained by science, or in this case the Bible. They appeal to, or premise their claims on hypotheticals or speculative concepts which are often proven to be scientifically untenable, or at best unverified and unsupported by actual evidence. They conflate actual scientific principles or theories, such as Einstein’s Relativity, with science fiction such as travel via “wormholes”, or “amplification of gravity waves”, to warp the space-time. In the case of the Nephilim Conspiracy theorists, they distort scripture to equate references to God using the Hebrew word Elohim, and the many references to the false gods as idols, as referring to the gods of Greek, Roman and Ugaritic mythology. These they then argue were actually real gods (Polytheism), and were the “elder race”. They maintain that such were Extraterrestrials, which were antediluvian earth dwellers, procreating the Nephilim which were demigods, etc..
Unfortunately, these are effective techniques typically used to deceive those who do not know how to discern what is indeed scientific, or what is coming from authoritative, credible sources.
